​Sheppey United is pleased to announce that 19-year-old midfielder Ben Clark has agreed to terms to remain with the club for the upcoming season.

​A product of the Gillingham F.C. youth academy, Clark signed his first professional contract in the summer of 2025. Before finding his home at the "Ites," he gained valuable experience through a loan spell at Deal Town and an initial one-month stint at Sheppey United in October 2025.

​His immediate impact led to a permanent transfer in January 2026. Following an extended trial period at Colchester United, Clark returned to Sheppey United to help the club secure its fifth consecutive season in the Isthmian League. His contribution proved vital, as he netted the club’s final goal of the season during the away draw against AFC Croydon Athletic.

As he prepares for the new campaign, Clark will take on the number 8 shirt.
