Sheppey United Ladies put in a composed and clinical performance on Sunday, taking all three points with a 2–0 win away to Dartford FC.
From the first whistle, the Female Ites looked sharp in possession and organised out of it, dictating the tempo against a young Dartford side. The breakthrough came through Ella, who showed brilliant composure in front of goal to slot home after sustained pressure in the first half.

Sheppey continued to control the game, defending with discipline while looking dangerous on the counter. Amy doubled the lead in the second half with a smart finish, capping off a strong attacking move that highlighted the team’s confidence and togetherness.
The match wasn’t without its physical battles — Lysh and Amy both picked up yellow cards as Sheppey showed their competitiveness and determination to protect the lead.
