Bio: Brings a wealth of experience to the team, having guided Cray Valley to promotion from the SCEFL Prem and an FA Vase Final appearance at Wembley. Has also held managerial roles at Chatham Town, Herne Bay, and Ashford. Kev embraces an attacking and entertaining brand of football and hold a UEFA A & B badge.

Bio: A former defender who began his career at Gillingham, Tommy made his mark playing for Maidstone United and Dartford. He later transitioned into management, including a spell at Cray Valley as both Assistant Manager and Manager. Tommy also assisted Kevin Watson at Ashford United.

Kit Man / General Manager

Bio: A key figure behind the scenes, Lee also serves as the club’s Co-Vice Chairman and Communications Director, contributing across multiple areas of the club's operations. On a 1st team front Lee is also the kit man and does the general admin for Kevin Watson and Tommy Osborne.

Bio: Known affectionately as "Beefy," Adam brings local football experience and currently coaches both the first team and U23 goalkeepers. Beefy has also coached at Sittingbourne U23s.

Bio: Formerly with ice hockey teams Invicta Dynamos and Romford Raiders, Erin brings a lot of experience and knowledge with her. Erin covered some games during the 2023/24 season, including our big cup win versus Billericay. Erin was also involved with Charlton Athletic Ladies.
