Following a seven day approach for Josh Wisson, the midfielder has decided to move on.

‘Wisso’ joined us just over a year ago from Ashford, making his debut away at Hythe Town. Forming a partnership with Richie Hamill in the middle of the park, he was part of an Ites side that narrowly missed out on the playoffs.
This season Wisso even had to roll back the years and play in defence twice (scoring v Sittingbourne), but after weighing up his options he has decided to take on a new challenge.
Wisso said “I’m actually sad to leave the Ites, the supporters have been first class with me.
“We had a fantastic FA cup run that will last in my memory for a long time.
“For now its goodbye, but football is a funny game and you never know what happens in the future.”

We all at Sheppey United wish Josh the very best for the future.
Wisson played 55 games for the Ites, scoring 9 times.
