Ernie and Jono have made 2 new signings, but this time it’s to the backroom staff.
- Jamie Willis – Jamie joined the Ites as part of the first team backroom staff as First Team Analyst. Jamie will be providing the management key information about both strengths and weaknesses of the team performances to ensure we can address this in training. The club has invested in a package called Hudl which Jamie will be using, and a scaffold tower is being installed for filming.
- Alex Armstrong – described as “the biggest signing of the season” by Jono. Alex is a qualified physio with years of experience. Jono said: “We’ve been trying to recruit a top physio for a long while now and we’re delighted to get Alex on board”. Alex will be supporting with players from injury, maintaining fitness levels and supporting with all aspects on matchdays.
Pre-season friendlies start tomorrow against Bromley U23s on Pitch 2, access is via the Youth entrance. The Gallery bar and toilets will be open but there is no access to the main stadium.
