Bradshaw moves across the Swale

April Fools

Sheppey United fan favourite Dan Bradshaw yesterday joined Sittingbourne FC!

Player registration deadline is the end of March and Bradshaw left it as late as possible before deciding where his futures lies.

The striker has scored 34 goals in 39 appearances this season, just 1 goal away from achieving his Back Bradshaw challenge target of 35. We believe Dan now owes the club £200, however Dan has said he will carry on scoring for the Brickies!

Ernie is said to be devastated and did not want to comment on the loss of one of his key players.

A spokesman for Sittingbourne has said: “We have been desperate to sign Dan for several months now, he’s a big part of our push next season, and we wanted to bed him into the set up now.”

Dan had said that he felt under pressure to perform in front of the fans at Holm Park and relishes the chance to play in front of smaller crowds again.

So, like many a back four before us, it seems we’ve seen the back of Bradshaw
